What area do you service?
Our service area is Austin and the surrounding communities, around an hour drive from Downtown Austin. Kyle to Georgetown, Lakeway to Bastrop. If you’re outside that area, reach out to learn about travel pricing and availability.
What makes you different?

We pride ourselves in listening to you, our customer, to learn about your specific lifestyle and how you plan to use your pool. Parents, grandparents, and pet owners all need different things, and we work with you to come up with a layout that is safe and also works with you. Other companies will only offer to install fence right around the pool, but Nine Band is different and will help you creatively get the most out of your backyard and pool area.
Why do you install Pool Guard products?

We are the only authorized Pool Guard installer in Austin. We exclusively install Pool Guard fences, which are high quality, the most transparent on the market, and come with a lifetime manufacturer warranty.
We believe in providing the highest quality fence to our local customers and chose to partner with Pool Guard.
How does a removable pool fence work?

We install gates with magnetic latches that automatically close and latch. Therefore you can regularly use your pool without needing to remove the fence. This increases child safety as there isn’t a need to remember to re-install fence or covers.
At times, when you want to remove a section or the whole fence, it can be removed in 15 ft sections. This allows for it to be partially or fully removed. At most pools, the entire fence can be removed by an adult in 20-25 minutes and re-installed in 25-30 minutes. Nine Band provides you with deck caps to cap off the holes which remain flush on the deck so they are not tripping hazards.
Do I need to drill holes into my deck? Will this process damage my deck?

Yes, we drill holes 4-4.5” deep into the deck to install the pool fence. When needed, we can also install the fence into stone, landscaping, or even the pool coping.
When drilling, we use a diamond bit core drill with a constant water stream which allows us to drill clean holes in your deck without cracking the deck or overlay!
Yes! We specialize in custom fencing so we can work with you on irregular shapes and different types of water features on your property.
Can the fence go around hot tubs, spas, or irregular pool shapes?

Will it block my view?

Pool Guard’s fence is the most transparent on the market. When we come to your home for your free estimate, we’ll bring full sized samples of the different color options so you can evaluate for yourself!
What colors do you offer?

For pool fences, we offer black poles with black mesh, grey poles with black mesh, and tan poles with brown mesh (most transparent option).
For covers, we offer tan (best seller), blue, grey, and green.
What is the lead time?

For pool fences, we can have it installed 1-2 weeks after your estimate.
For covers, expect a 3-4 week lead time.
